Matt has owned and operated his own construction business since 2010. Being raised in a multigenerational family farming business, heavy equipment has always been a part of his life. In 2002 Matt was in an accident resulting in major damage to his right leg. After dozens of surgeries, Matt lost his leg in 2008. Matt did not let the loss of his leg slow him down. Matt is involved with multiple non-profit organizations where he uses his experience as an amputee to help other amputees navigate through the difficult challenges that come with being an amputee. A few of those organizations are: Wounded Hero’s Fund and Wounded Warriors Project. Matt is also involved in the Kern County Law Enforcement Foundation.

Brad was also raised in a mutigenerational family farming business. Brad left his family business in 2005. Brad’s hands on experience and hard work ethic he learned from the family business has allowed him the opportunity to manage and operate multiple large agriculture businesses. Brad’s personal life has been focused on his faith and his amazing family. Brad’s children were heavily involved in sports and livestock growing up. Brad coached and supported both of his children as they traveled the nation for livestock shows and sporting events.

Matt and Brad have been lifelong friends. Brad’s experience managing the business and operations for companies with upwards of 200+ employees and Matt’s knowledge and experience in the construction business brought them together in 2023 to partner on this new venture. Their shared values and business philosophy to build strong relationships with clients and to create a positive culture and work environment for their employees makes them an ideal fit as partners.
