Ryan is an entrepreneur driven by an unwavering excitement for new opportunities. His entrepreneurial journey gained momentum during the pandemic when he founded a logistics company partnering with one of the nation’s largest e-tailers delivering products to the Fort Wayne market. Demonstrating remarkable resilience, he scaled the fleet from an initial 5 vehicles to an impressive 50, concurrently expanding his workforce to over 80 employees. At the core of Ryan’s success is his keen focus on meeting customer needs and adapting swiftly to the evolving market demands.

One of Ryan’s qualities is his genuine appreciation for his team’s talented individuals. His enthusiasm extends beyond business metrics, as he enjoys creating meaningful relationships with his employees. Ryan is not just a leader but a mentor, investing time and effort into the development of his team. His leadership style centers on encouraging the best performance from each member, fostering a collaborative and thriving workplace which translates into the success for customer needs.
